1. Our Refund Policy

At Promptree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium membership. If for any reason you're not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1.1 Standard Refund Period

All Premium subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund of your subscription fee.

1.2 Partial Refunds

For monthly subscriptions canceled after the 30-day period, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time. However, your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

1.3 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, we will refund the remaining unused portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis, minus a small processing fee.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Promptree account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and select "Request Refund"
  4. Or email us directly at refunds@promptree.org with your account email

Please include your account email and the reason for the refund request. We process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, your account will be immediately suspended. We will investigate the chargeback, and if it's found to be invalid, your account may be permanently banned.
